Have you ever wanted to remodel your home, put an addition on, or finish your basement but had no idea where to start, how to achieve what you want, whether to start with an architect or a contractor, or if you even need an architect or contractor? There are many procedures and steps that must be accomplished prior to starting construction that most homeowners are unaware of. From the first time I stepped onto a construction project, I knew I wanted to be part of the construction industry. Through all my experiences on various construction sites, in the classroom, and work practice I have obtained all the necessary knowledge to get through the construction process. I recently constructed my own home without the assistance of an architect or a designer. I did everything from design, to drawing, finding a contractor, all the way to framing and finish work. I have lived in my home for a little over a year now and could not be happier with the outcome and the process my family and I went through.
I would like to meet with you and discuss the possible ideas you have for increasing the overall value and functionality of your home. I will guide you through the planning stages of construction by drawing up your plans, informing you of the required city permits to complete your project, and give you general advice before contracting with a contractor and/or an architect. If you are at all interested in a remodel, an addition, or anything that deals with construction and you do not know where to start, please contact me through the phone number or e-mail address provided. I understand that initially going to an architect or contractor can be expensive and overwhelming. Give me a call and let me work out all the details for you so that when you are ready for a contractor and/or an architect you will have a solid plan and design. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you in the near future.
