General Info

Mountain Meadow Construction, Inc. has been providing quality custom homes since 1989. Our name originated from Mountain Meadow Ranch, which was our family’s ranch in the Snyderville Basin in Park City,  Utah.  We are family owned and operated.  We have a team of skilled craftsmen that perform everything from small remodels, single family homes, multi-family homes to condos/townhomes. Our specialty is custom homes tailored to suit lifestyle, budget, and comfortable mountain living.

Mountain Meadow Construction takes pride in the manner in which they build custom homes. Gary is on site daily, doing much of the framing and finish work himself.  This assures every homeowner complete satisfaction and a home they are proud to own. Attention to detail, truly makes a difference in the quality, life and look of a home. Many general contractors hire Gary on a regular basis to custom finish the homes they build. Knowing that he is one of the best craftsmen in the area, he is the first choice of many high end builders, this is just another sign that the home you are building, is the home of your dreams.

Gary Hannay, President and Licensed General Contractor, has been in the business for over 25 years.  He graduated from Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Building Construction and an emphasis in architectural design. Gary started out working for a well-known company in Park City, and then went on to establish his own company in 1989.  Gary has an array of experience and talent that speaks for itself.

Josh Hannay, Vice President graduated in 2012 from Utah Valley University with a degree in Construction Management.
