General Info

We aren't actually geezers, we are just way past our athletic peak - which means "beyond our late 20s with a family and a job but want to train in the martial arts without having to square up against a guy half our age with nothing to do but work out". 

Try our club if this sounds like you. We love the arts but we're done with getting injured. We still train hard, but we train smarter now. We train from 50 - 80 % intensity, occasionally venturing beyond. We practice stick and knife, kickboxing, a tiny bit of trapping, and a tiny bit of grappling. It is a matter of enjoyment and efficiency. 

Physical attribute training is incorporated as well. We regularly employ footwork drills and an agility ladder. Sometimes we take the Prowler out for a few sprints too (the Prowler is a big fancy weighted sled for conditioning). Don't worry - you won't be bored. We'll expand the schedule if you want more training or Thursday doesn't work.
