Protocol 42 was founded in 2001 and we are best known for our LAN "Local Area Network" parties at the University Of Utah Union building. We have hosted 200+ people with triple that number in devices.
We started Protocol 42 support because we wanted to be able to offer the same level of support that we offer our enterprise customers one a daily basis. We have a wide range of talent on our team. We can pretty much support or figure out anything that is thrown our way.
Protocol 42 would like to show our customers that having your computer worked on can be an enjoyable experience. We want people to feel secure and know that their computer or device is being worked on by a trained professional and can tell someone why or how things happen. We just want to do what we love to do and make a difference in our customer’s lives.
