Park Fitness Rx is dedicated to serving the people who are ready to make a change in their lives. What are your dreams? What are your goals? Do you want to become faster? stronger? leaner? more flexible? Park Fitness Rx will help you achieve those goals, and become more confident in all aspects of your life. Using CrossFit based movements and methodology, Park Fitness Rx will train you mentally and physically for anything that life has to throw at you.

Safety is the foundation of Park Fitness Rx's program, and all movements are observed and corrected by Brandon Herman (CrossFit Level 1 trainer) throughout all workouts.

Next, is intensity. Pushing yourself harder than you ever have before. The harder you work, the more dramatic the change in your body and your fitness.

Fuctional movments are another key to the program. Fucntional movments target multiple muscle groups that the human body was designed to perform.

Workouts are performed outside at parks that are nearby and convienent for you. Park Fitness Rx will supply all equiptment necessary to peform the workout at the designated location.

Prices for monthly memberships range from $25 - $50 depending on the amount of time the individual desires to train that month.

Discounts are given for couples, and groups of 3 or more.
