I have deeply involved myself with yoga for the last four years and feel very strong about sharing my knowldge. I can do both personal and group classes. I have been very well taught in alignment and physical healing and building. I used yoga for recovery in the beggining and it has definitely changed my life. I Can teach very diverse classes ranging from calm and healing to more power vinyasa flow for a good sweat. I love yoga and feel that I can portray that to you well with my classes. I do allow each person who takes my class to invite a friend for free their first time. So newbies are always welcome to see what yoga is all about!
