Elizabeth Smith has been teaching piano lessons in the Salt Lake Valley for the last 10 years. She is currently studying Piano Performance at the University of Utah. As a student, she has studied piano pedagogy (teaching methods), taught in the University's Piano Preparatory Division and volunteered through their outreach program at Backman Elementary. She has studied with Dr. Richard Anderson at BYU and is currently studying with Professor Lenora Brown at the University of Utah.
In Elizabeth's unique studio setup, students will have an hour long lesson consisting of 30 minutes of private instruction and 30 minutes of music training using computer software. Students will have several performance opportunities including a spring recital and a yearly performance at the Festival of Trees in Sandy, UT.
