I can help you gain muscle mass, gain muscle strength, lose fat, increase flexibility, and/or work around and even heal injuries. Despite my scoliosis and joint hypermobility, I have added sixty pounds of muscle to my naturally small frame while maintaining a body fat percentage of 7%. I also have experience with meditation and mindfulness, and my experience with them has dramatically improved my workouts and even helped me overcome injuries. That said, I can bring them into your training if you so desire.
