Our Mission Here at Reach Fitness, we take your fitness and life goals very seriously. We want you to reach your goals. We know how success feels. We want all of our clients to experience this success. We have the knowledge and experience to push you that extra mile so you can reach your goals. No matter what skill level you consider yourself to be, we will make you experts by the end of your program.

We know that not every person and body type is the same, so why should everyone go through the same program? We know that a typical cookie-cutter training program is not the best way help every client, so each of our personal trainers know how to train every age and skill level according to the client’s needs. We provide each client with the proper resistance, and cardiovascular exercise knowledge, and we offer an easy access online nutrition program, with no extra charge.

To make it short, We specialize in weightloss, muscle gain, athletic training, nutrition, meal planning, toning up and making you feel good, look good and helping you to become overall happy with you!

Weekly TOTAL BODY Bootcamps Monday & Wed 6pm, Tuesday & Thursday mornings 11am at West Valley City Family center

Thursday nights 6pm @ Square 1 fitness is Sandy
