Our sauce is handcrafted using an old secret family recipe that has been handed down through 6 generations of McVeas. We don't add any preervatives and are naturally gluten-free. We use fresh, locally grown peppers, garlic, onions and a secret blend of spices....and yes...they are HOT.
We don't have a mild sauce, but we do pride ourselves on a sauce that isn't just hot it is extremely flavorful as well. Our medium sauces, Wildwood Arbol and Savoureaux, are delicious in any dish, add a little extra and you'll come away from your meal with a warm satisfied feeling. For an extra kick...add our Cajun Snapper, guaranteed to make you sweat a little. It is surprisingly hot, using hot cayenne peppers, without adding any extracts or "stuff" to amp the heat factor unnecessarily.
