After an initial detailed fitness evaluation, Alex creates an exercise program specific to each individual client. Utilizing the latest exercise science research and a variety of training tools such as kettlebells, TRX, ropes, sandbags, sleds and bodyweight training; Alex ensures his clients reach their goals while also keeping things fun, safe and interesting. Programs progress each month, making certain that clients continue to see results well after their initial sessions.
Alex does not believe in sticking his clients on machines and counting reps. You will be coached throughout the entire session. Performing exercises using the whole body the way it is meant to function. You will not only look better, but also feel better!
