General Info

Having babies/kids shouldn't keep us from pursuing health and fitness goals, they should absolutely be one of our biggest motivators; what parent doesn't want to be a better version of themselves for their children?

Come join and support other parents as we all navigate this pursuit of fitness within the juggling act known as parenthood.  

We have 2 programs for busy Moms and Dads:

Beginner Runners: This group is perfect for the parent who is new to the world of running, or has maybe just stepped away from the sport, but is trying to find their way back.  We will take you from where you currently are as an athlete, and bring you across the finish line of a 5k in 8 weeks.  The best part is that you can work towards this goal as a group with a collective goal and a shared understanding, that as parents, we have no idea what the day will bring!  

This group meets twice a week, and children in strollers are welcome!

Practices Times and Location:

Mondays at 10:15-11:00am at Liberty Park

Wednesdays at 10:15am at Sugarhouse Park

Cost: $40/month

Intermediate/Advanced Runners:  This group is great for the parent that has an already established running base, but is looking to make performance gains. These practices include tempo and interval runs designed to push you to the next level.  

This group meets twice a week, and children are welcome!

Mondays at 9:15-10:15am at Liberty Park, Intervals

Wednesdays at 9:15am-10:15am at Sugarhouse Park, Tempo Run*

Cost: $40/month
