Shanta Yoga differs from other yoga!
Yoga postures are customized to fit each body, helping us to accept our bodies as they are. We move slowly into and out of postures, allowing for all ages and body types to participate. A period of rest between each posture allows you to fully assimilate what is being taught. Helpful examples are given during each class teaching how to use the tools of yoga in our daily lives. Our classes teach you to move beyond the physical benefits of yoga and show you that happiness and ease can be found in any situation.
At Shanta Yoga, we have no set fees for out in-studio classes. Health, peace and ease are for every person from any income and typical pricing can push regular yoga classes out of reach for most people; therefore, all in-studio classes are offered by donation. Help us keep yoga available everyone by kindly donating for each class you attend.
