General Info

We specialize in compliance with Utah Department of Water Quality (DWQ) Construction General Permit UTRC00000, which oversees storm water runoff and pollution prevention on construction sites.  We work with any type of operator/contractor, from municipalities to the homeowner or landowner themselves.  We can help paving contractors, utilities, dirt/land movers. erosion and sediment control companies, general contractors, civil engineers, developers, Departments of Transportation, and homebuilders.

It is worth it to be compliant!  The EPA and DWQ fines could be as high as $32.500 per day, per violation.  Let us help you be compliant - even if you have already started your project - and put your mind at ease and back to your business.

Construction activities from which storm water runoff water goes into or adjacent to any surface water in the State of Utah must have a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.

Large construction activities that disturb more than five (5) acres of land, or are part of a larger common development plan which will disturb five (5) or more acres, are covered under this plan/permit.

Small construction activities that will disturb more than one (1) acre but less than five (5) acres, or are part of a development plan that will disturb more than one (1) acre but less than five (5) acres, are covered under this general permit.

Construction activities that are smaller than one (1) acre are not part of a larger development plan are not covered under this permit.
