I have several years of self-defense training (Hung Gar & Wing Chun Kung Fu) and have derived a set of meditations, exercises, and fighting forms that are simple to employ and can help to improve one's overall physical performance and mental well-being. Especially effective for women, children & elderly. $10 per person, per session (1 hour). Limit 3 people per session, 2 sessions per week. I am available from 5-9pm weeknights. Call to schedule.
