This rental is a 2500 sq./ft. house in the heart of Moab, Utah. It was built in 1960 and was formerly Canyon Country B&B and the location of Nichols Bikes, which was moved to the Main St. location in the early 1990s and renamed Poison Spider Bicycles. The house showcases 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, beautiful saltillo tile flooring, a wood burning stove and a large open floor plan for the living room, kitchen and dinning room.
Cyclist friendly! A spacious, attached carport provides secure bike storage and a complimentary mechanic stand, basic bike tools and wash station.
A continental breakfast is provided. When renting the whole house there is unlimited access to the kitchen. A catered, hot breakfast can be arranged at a reasonable up-charge.
The house sits on a .5 acre parcel on 500 West and offers a most amazing view of the Rim and Fickle Finger of Fate. It is located within a five minute bike ride to the center of town, Kane Creek Road and popular biking areas and is close to Highway 191 and aquatic center/park.
Landscape upgrades, party patio, vegetable/herb garden, pool/hot tub area, outdoor movie theater, and sunset viewing deck planned for 2014.
There is a resident male dog and cat on premises. Both are friendly and behaved and can be separated from house and guests upon request.
