Trx suspension training is total body work out. Using your  own body weight it builds incredible core strength. Making the back healthier and all exercises are low impact. Come to tone your body or just to loose weight. Work outs are fun and fast. Work outs are three days week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each are 30 minutes.
