Dancers of all ages and skill levels can celebrate their Scottish Ancestry or just have fun competing and performing. 

Did you know? Scottish dances were originally performed by men before and after battles and to celebrate historic events. It is now performed by both men and women to celebrate the heritage and to compete for medals in regional, national and international competition. Highland dancing is coming of age and is now popular in many places like Australia and Arizona.

Dance provides intellectual stimulation and helps connect the body and the mind. It is especially helpful for children with ADD, and helps build confidence and control.
