I studied photography at Penn State University, where I learned using Black & White film. I have been traveling and shooting for the last 15 years. I went public with my work 6 years ago. With medium format film, I can make 40"x60" enlargements, without compromising grain/image quality. Because they are limited edition, my images increase in value as they sell. For example, when I sell 10 images, the price increases by 10%, when I sell 10 more, it goes up another 10&, etc. etc. I also make my own hardwood, handmade frames to go with my photography. This allows me to choose natural hardwoods, choosing tones that compliment the image. I use a "half lap" cornering technique, with contrasting dowels. My frames themselves are investment and will mature into antiques.
