This 6-Week Challenge was created by Dustin Maher, a trainer who has worked with tens of 1000's of moms. His approach to fitness is well rounded, sustainable, and is one that busy moms can fit into their lives.
Based on a pledge taken by millions of women and yes men too, across this nation this 6 week challenge is designed to awaken the importance of you taking care of you…. the whole you. Physically, mentally and spiritually this program guides you through the challenges of making amazing transformations in your life by giving you the tools and the support network you need to become the most fit you’ve ever been.
Program cost if $99. We will have weekly meetings and you will receive these materials:
- A 65 page participants guide which includes a Meal Plan and recipes for the 6 weeks
- A copy of the book, Fit Moms For Life: How To Have Endless Energy To Outplay Your Kids
- A cool trendy bracelet
- A food magnet that you can bring to the grocery store and hang up on your refrigerator with about 100 of the healthiest foods to be eating.
- Membership into a private Facebook group
- 6 workouts on DVDs. Two of the workouts are 20 minutes long and require just your own bodyweight, while the other 4 are 30 minutes long and just require a set of hand weights and a stability ball.
Childcare is available. Open to ALL Fitness levels.
Average weight loss is 8-12 pounds in the course of 6 weeks. However, you will be building habits for a lifetime of healthy living.
