Our Functional Fitness Personal Trainers are passionate about restoring functional movement patterns in clients while helping them achieve their personal wellness goals. Our trainers promote the Life Enhancement Model (LEM) and utilize Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS is a tool which allows our trainers to assess basic movement patterns, identify potential asymmetries and/or muscular imbalances, and develop a personalized training program to address these concerns.
