Kids Classes: The kids classes focuses on self-esteem, self-defense, age appropriate techniques and having fun. Kids will learn how to work with others, how to teach and be a part of a larger team. Parents are encouraged to participate with their children as well. This gives good feedback between parents and children and gives parents an opportunity to learn with them.
Adult Classes: These classes focus on learning classic jujitsu, self-defense, rolls, falls, strikes, punches, throws and all levels of traditional Japanese Jujitsu. Adults will learn through experience and opportunities to teach others.
All classes are geared to be a pathway to learning higher ranks with no additional costs for rank advancement.
There is a yearly National Convention and several local conventions that can be attended to add to your training. We also have a local competition, or two, per year.
