General Info

Let me help be the mentor/guide for your misguided youth. Have children of my own I also have ten years of experience as a counselor in clinical settings. I am currently halfway through a Masters for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am specializing in Excercise Psychology. Excercise and a regular routine has been found in many research studies to increase self efficacy and decrease depressive symptoms. A regular routine also decreases health problems in the future by learning a healthy lifestyle, its has to be something learned from a young age.

Excercise in nature has been found to break down walls and increase self promoting visions. Cognitive behavioral therapy will be the outlet for change. Call me to talk about how I can help.
