Name: Phineas Pharms. Descripton:Phineas Pharms provides amazing instruction for those looking to ride in the hunter/jumper discipline. Lessons are provided to all ages and abilities and start with the basics to build a strong foundation. Also offered is therapeutic horseback riding for people with disabilities, addiction, autism, and more. Lessons and equine encounters are run in a supportive environment that really fosters growth and builds confidence. Phineas Pharms is owned and operated by Anna Marasco, CSW (certified social worker), MSW (Master's of Social Work), EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) certified (for equine assisted psychotherapy), Horse Boy Certified (for autism), and holds a bachelor's degree in parks, recreation, and tourism, with emphasis in experiential education. Anna has 25 years of experience riding, training, and in horse care and even spent time studying equine behavior and welfare in England. All of these experiences Anna applies to her lessons and empowers students to recognize their own potential and strengths to build a stronger sense of self and a stronger human-horse relationship to produce powerful results both in and out of the arena.
